Uh.... on AA, business and first class service INCLUDES a menu on the transcon (flagship service) flights from JFK to LAX.
Despite the error... I do have to say, I haven't done PS service yet, but I'm dying to try it. Too bad UA hasn't figured out how to poach me from AA with a status match... or at least a free upgrade trial
