It gets better I called the hotel and said we needed two double beds non smoking and said of my severe allergy. Not only did they confirm my request,they upgraded us to the Executive Level at no additional charge as the agent said this was the only room that could be assigned. I went to check hilton.com website and the exact same room was going for$145(:. Has this ever happened where the hotel gave a free upgrade on a pirceline reservation?
