I've been in Buenos Aires a number of times during Easter Season (and will be this year as well) and remember no important closures that I can think of. Because it's early Fall the weather is very pleasant... The leaves are turning color and the nights are cool. If you are a Catholic, Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday services in the national Cathedral across the square from the Pink Palace are quite nice. There's an outdoor procession on Palm Sunday.
