Really, I think you'd agree this is pretty bad. They announce they're participating, then won't let you book, and then revoke the offer. That's sure a way to build customer satisfaction.

I agree they should have stayed in, but no one can make them do so.
FWIW, no other hotels have opted out, but we did have some add more quarters to their participation, so there was some good news in that.
