So when we get the "new and improved" Cash & Points list last week I say "Great. Finally I can plan ahead and use one of these deals."
So I see the Sheraton Key Largo Beach Resort is listed for Q4. I happen to have plans to vacation in South Florida around X-mas next year, so I call to book. Turns out the hotel (along with a bunch of others, I'm told) is not accepting reservations for later this year. Agent thinks it's a "glitch," advises me to call back in a week. So I go to the Cash & Points link today to see if I can now book. Surprise -- the Sheraton Key Largo has now been erased from the Q4 list!
So what happened, William? And why does Cash & Points -- which should be one of the great features of the SPG program -- always wind up annoying me?
