Thank you, but to be honest, i think hand making chocolates for special occasions is my limit.. all that chocolate which i am not meant to eat
Agree on the Lindor though - its ok, but only slightly better than some of the cadbury's chocolates. They clearly need to get them from plaisir du chocolat (sp?), in Edinburgh, which remain the best chocolates i've tasted ^
