On my last transatlantic flights UA was nearly on par with LH. The seats are much better than the old LH C seats. Flew LAX-NRT today and slept 8.5 hours. The service is still worse but it improved a lot. But UA is nearly alwazs late. I am still waiting for my flight to BKK which is delayed by more than 3 hours...
