Just spent a few nights at the Millenium earlier this week and it was fine. It's on a hill in a decent location close enough to the centre and Seoul Station area. They have an exec lounge with drinks until 8pm and a good selection of restaurants/bars, including a nightclub which is quiet until the weekend. People watching in the busy lobby area can be fun as it's used as a base by a number of Asian airlines.
