here what has happened to me.
I flew on february 25/27 from Venice (Italy) to Paris by Air France. I did check-in online and I got my boarding pass at self check-in terminal at Venice airport (I did not check-in at AF desks). In that period there was (till some days ago) a promotion: "double miles" with Frequence Plus if you did self check-in.
I came back and I saw my miles balance, no double miles credited!! So I've phone to FF service centre but assistant I talked to told me that she, and her chief, did not know about that promotion!!! (some days before departure I phoned to the same call centre ad they confirmed that promotion for airports served by self check-in terminal, Venice too; some friends of mine rebember as well that promotion).
They told me to send a fax with that internet page showing that promotion to complaint!!! But that page no more exists (promotion ended some days ago). How can they expect that people save or write down everything!!

does anyone remember that promotion and is so "mad" to save that internet page or have some trace about it? It's not for miles, it's for right!!
