Yes it has changed. It's a fact. The change regarding drink chits is for 'Transoceanic' flights.
I was confused by the fact that you hadn't actually changed any of the text in the RCC/ADMIT profile - so I was wondering where the information had come from.
I'm seeking independent verification from my usual RCC sources.
God this is a PAIN! There has been so much confusion over drink chits, particularly with RCC staff who don't know the rules, and now they go and change them again!
