Good Luck on getting those points! After hounding PC for 3 weeks regarding a bonus through their Visa partner the points finally posted yesterday. They were unwilling to post the points and do the paperwork later. They ended up sending through two separate "forms" to BankOne to request approval, though all of the reps were aware of the promotion.

As a result I ended up not getting the reward level I wanted (now sold out) because of their delays.

Additionally, they are able to sell me a room but not award one. I sent them my business because I had understood their rewards system to be without blackouts, that if they had a room to sell, the room was also available for reward nights stay.

If others are under the same assumption .. here's your warning :-)
