Question: Do I actually have to show the M&M Card to get the Miles even when I use the M&M Credit card? I don't carry the M&M Card around anymore.

And if so do they swipe the M&M Card or just enter the number manually?

This question also interests me because SportScheck (a pretty good sport clothing store) rewards 1 Mile for each Euro spent.

I bought something at SportScheck about 2 weeks ago and just paid with the M&M Credit Card expecting the Miles to be rewarded automatically. Nothing posted on my statement yet.
