I'm not sure if this was covered in another topic or not, but how exactly are you comped every year? Are you a Gold Infinite? I just got a call from the OnePass Service Center telling me that there was going to be a buy up this year to eligible members, but she would not comp me, nor will I be able to buy up to Platinum, only to Gold.
