I recieved complimentary membership of the Presidents Club this morning, which was nice, but it just makes me wonder for how long some N.American carriers think they can get away with this racket?

Just about every airline in the world except some of the N American offer comp lounge access to their FF's.

Surely it is time they reviewed their policies and upgraded the sub-standard lounges.

US customers are being screwed and the airlines know this. That is why they offer non-US elite's comp membership.

I hope pressure from some of the alliances will eventually change this. Who knows it may even help UA & CO et al to eventually get some awards!
