Well, I called the elite line today and
was able to confirm an upgrade for the SAN-CLE segment.

Since thats 2100 miles and the CLE-EWR one
is only 400, I'm happy.

BTW: First Class on the CLE-EWR is completely sold-out, I'll standby for first class on the CLE-EWR segment.
