When I checked in the agent informed me that if I did not do it I would be turned away upon boarding and sent back to the kiosk to do it.... Obviously a lot of BS. I asked the gate agent about the new procedure and she told me that not too many people did it but as I returned to the US, my entry would be much faster... well this needs to be confirmed!
