It is now obvious that AF is having (very) serious problems with the new business class seats ( delays in delivery and installation , premature wear , slide down effect ...).
Most of the aircrafts have now been reconfigured with the new layout ,except the new seats are missing....
Why is AF not communicating about this problem ? It only generates disappointment with customers who now expect to find the new seats whenever they travel long haul.
In AF's March edition of their inflight magazine, a commercial about the new biz class seats claims : " soon on all our long haul fligfhts...".
Given the above, my question is : How soon?
