They're definitely there and have been for a few months. However, they're small (size of a small ATM or kiosk, maybe 4' tall, 2' wide) and have minimal signage on them. I've only seen the one because it's right next to the departure monitors right after you come through security (the B9 one). So, I'm usually clearing security and finding the monitor to check for a gate change before heading for C and see it.
