Received 100% bonus miles yesterday retroactively back to January 1. That is except for the 4 flights that I had to phone in to have miles credited in the first place. It seems as though if miles are credited afterwards, they do not automaticlly earn the bonus. That means we get to phone in twice as often now. ugh
