Sorry to gripe... just steaming mad. Second missed baggage transfer in IAH in a week. Both STL-IAH-Mexico flights with plenty of connection time. Today's was >2 hours. Another business meeting tomorrow in jeans and dirty shirt.

EXP & 1K simultaneously for > four years now, and not a lost bag by either AA or UA since 2000. Just started flying CO this year, and now this twice in a week on $1600 full Y (all RJ itin) and $1100 H fare tickets. This is NOT endearing me to CO!
