as the price is the same. so normally as i learned in moscow, the "girls" have to pay directly to the hotel a fee.
in moscow a friend told me that the beautiful girls no need to pay a fee, but the ugly ones do. didnt understand why this is like that but it was at least for some of the major hotel brands.
