I'll be staying there in a few months and, like any hotel anywhere as far as I'm concerned, you have to expect some bad apples. I personally don't see how it's THAT big of a deal, unless you're dead intent on staying in a cabana all day or something. Otherwise you can always get away from those irritating you...
