The first row of WT+ on that aircraft (17) is available on OLCI - I have done this.
Row 17 is showing as blocked out - so unavail for MMB selection (except Golds/Emeralds). However, the upside is that none of the seats have been taken yet. In fact, there are 23 free seats left, although no unblocked pairs.
What do we learn from all this? OLCI at 23:59:59!
