I dislike the Essex House with a passion. The property was ok, small room, good location, but the check in staff embarrassed me in front of my sweetie on Valentines day.

Also if you do go, just remember not to stand in the Plat / Gold SPG line like I did, because apparently it doesn't exist even though there's a sign.
