Why don't you ship ahead the coats and stuff to the UIG (too funny) via UPS or FedEx Ground. It's not that expensive, and it will be ready for you when you get there. Maybe she will clean and press it for you too?
My Amex bill just came, and the charge for the clothing that I left in the hotel in VCE at the FT meet was $145 from FedEX. I guess the hotel should have sent it ground instead of air
Better yet.....I should have checked the drawers more carefully!
