Has anyone stayed at the following hotels: The President, South Beach Hotel, Circa, Aqua Hotel and Tropics? I am trying to figure out which would be the best to stay out of all of them..or even if you know a better and more affordable place to stay. I have read the reviews on tripadvisor.com and found them a bit suspicious in that they were just plain slanderous or just fluffy...
