My opinion:
FRA - SEN has better food, v. crowded at times. The only Business/Frequent Traveller I like is the one next to gates B 24-28, one level up (3rd) - nice panorama view.
LHR - SQ.
CDG - AVOID!
If you have time & nice weather, grab a sandwich, some drinks and enjoy the Terrace (EUR3.00, open 8.00 AM - 20.30 PM).
