A new twist to the ongoing discussion with S/E packages.
I was able to call the S/E desk this am( with help from a current S/E who has the phone number) ^
Their claim is that the package was
processed but never mailed.
I hit button 3 under the options menu.
They are aware that the package was not sent.They are also going to be sending the package by courier.(I was told they do this in cases like this.)
(For the record,I am OK with this answer.I am on many Jazz flights with no option for U/Grades.Status does show on boarding cards.
