Personally I always prefer an aisle, easier to get up and about. The front seat 28 B or 29 A are the best if you can get in early enough on OLCI, but you will have to get in there as soon as you can. The last time I got the front seat i went the the self service machines to print out the boarding card and found the seat number had changed to 17A in club, which was a nice result.
