The mouse problem is easily handled. Just turn it over, rotate the bottom "ball" cover, remove the ball, use your fingernail and remove the built up lint from the rollers, put ball back in, reattach cover and it's just like new. Under 40 seconds after you do it a couple of times. Quit complaining and fix the problem. I fix them all the time at AC's, hotel's, internet cafe's.
