nah, last time they broke a handle on my luggage.
I asked the luggage desk what will they do, this guy said to me "ur luggage is not broken, only the handle. We are not responsible for that, however if you wanna file it, sure you could"
well, screw it.

My question is can they break every other minor stuff on my luggage and get away with it?
