Yes, I agree, the Chancery Court in London is one of my favorites as well. besides good service and nice rooms, the location is fantastic (especially if you're planning on spending a good amount of time in the westend like I do.
The Blue (picadilly) line runs from LHR to Hoborn stop which is a 1/2 block from the hotel. You can walk to the west end and covent garden is a few blocks. Buses at the corner to Oxford Street for shopping or across the bridge to National Theatre, Waterloo, etc.

Just stayed at the LAX Ren and was impressed with the AAA 'Park and Fly' program. FOr $169 (vs. the regular $189 room only rate) I received up to 7 nights valet parking, Club level room for one night, private town car service to the airport (take hotel back), and a car wash. Club had a nice selection in the evening (didn't see breakfast - left to airport at 6am).

I'd definitely stay there again.
