for some reason, i cant login to my account on aeroplan.com
it says password doesnt match my aeroplan number.
thus i tried to "Forget my password" feature, which says my aeroplan number doesnt exist. OMG.

called aeroplan, surprisingly the automated system recognizes my #.
what's wrong with aeroplan?

anyone has similar experiences?
