sorry But I would reprt the incident to either the GM and/or Hilton Corp. especially the fact that the person who is suppose to be on duty isnt. Anyone could have walked in and done whatever they wanted. what if there was a fire or person needing Medical attention or someone was trying to brake into a room. Im sure this sort of thing happens all over, just I dont know of it, if I did i would without hesitation report as I suggested.
