My wife a and I were put on MH NRT-KUL after missing a NW connection in NRT. We were on a 747 Upper deck and found the people, food, and service very good. We had no problems. That being said, remember that this is a 3 class airrcaft, so the bc seats will have a much smaller pitch than a 2-class (CC/NW/DL). It is not too bad, but coming off a 60 inch NW pitch, the difference is clearly noticible. Hope this helps.
