Do what I do, just tell them that you dont know how long your stay will be and thats why you have each night seperatly. Just ask them to renew your key for the stay then bill you for each night at the end of your stay.
It always work for me. No need to check in/out.....
This is exactly how I do it when I am checking in. This way no hassle of in/out and the hotel does not seem to mind when I just explain that it is just a bonus point thing. You do end up w/a bill for each night which is no big thing.. ^
