Thumbs down Hilton Garden Inn Garden Grove (By Disneyland)

Just want to write a quick little review of the Hilton Garden Inn in Garden Grove (11777 Harbor Blvd.) Its the one right by Embassy Suites and Hampton Inn (In the same parking lot) Anyways, So yeah, its 4AM and I'm writing this review so it can't be good. First off, just want to say that I am still at the hotel and still deciding if I want to stay another night. Lets start off with check-in. The person that checked me in seemed kind of snobby and didn't really seem like customer service is important. Thats not a big deal compare to whats going on now. So I checked in in the afternoon, drop my bags off and left and went to Newport Beach and Disneyland. Anyways, I got back and the parking lot was pretty much full which was understandable. The probally really got started when I got back to my room and there was this buzzing sound which I didnt think to much of, but than it get kind of annoying once your trying to sleep. So I called "Guest Services" and some guy picks up and was like "Hello" and I was like "Is there any chance to request a room change?" and there was a few seconds of silence and he hung up on me. Than I called again, same thing happened. Can't be the phone because I called from the 2 different phones in my room. So I decided to get dress and go down to the lobby because maybe it could of been the phone, when I got to the lobby, the 1 person that was suppose to be working the front desk (whom I saw earlier tonight at the front desk) was sleeping on one of the couches in the lobby, I decided not to wake him because that might make him mad. Which lead to this little review, which is being posted from the Business Center because the Wi Fi network seems to not work in my room.

Just a note: I did stay at this property before, two or three times, and it was never this bad, in fact, the other times, it seemed like this property was on top of everything and one of the better one I stayed at, but today, it seemed like they just don't care or they got recruited from Motel 6 or something.
