I hate to pile on (okay not really), but I too was there yesterday with the non-functioning address system. On top of that, my flight to Raleigh was delayed first because the plane hadn't arrived (okay, that happens) and then once the plane arrived, they started to board and then realized they didn't have a flight crew and brought us all back into the waiting area. The poor gate agent had no idea that the plane wasn't ready and the crew not there. You would think that they wouldn't want to have passengers in the secured gate area if they weren't going to board them.
Just one persons opinion.
