IAD Terminal G is definitely total chaos. Non-stop announcments on the PA. Insufficient amount of seating. Rows between seats are very close together so it is hard to get in and out of them without stepping on people and/or their luggage. Food Service is a joke. Shuttle bus to/from terminal G is routed via outer mongolia and has the lowest priority. It stops for the moon buggy shuttles to all of the other terminals. So with all of that why do I every fly their? Because it is typically $500 cheaper than flying into DCA due to competition with iAir. <$200 RT from PIT to IAD on UX versus >$650 to DCA on US, I just can't justify the difference to my clients. Oh well, maybe SWA will start PIT to BWI service and bring fares down to BWI. Then I might have a reasonable alternative.

P.S. How about leaving the PA system disabled and having the GA's hold neon flashing signs when a flight is boarding It sure would make the terminal more peaceful
