I have an AA-issued, hand-written ticket for a OW award itinerary I'm about to start. Due to a BA routing change, I'll need to have the ticket re-issued.

How much time should I budget to get this done at DFW?

And, where's the best place to get this done? Are AC staffs better at this than the folks at the ticket counter?
