do we need an Availability Tools section?

I see thread after thread about Availabilty Tools closed in MilesBuzz with the moderator claiming such threads have nothing to do with miles & points (but never explaining where such a thread SHOULD go).

The ONLY thing I use Availability Tools for is to check which flights have seats available in MILEAGE UPGRADE buckets, or in fare classes that qualify me for bonus miles (many bonus promos are fare bucket specific). Why is that not VERY related to miles & points?? (I can use plenty of open websites to check plain old by-class availability if I'm not concerned with miles & points!)

But perhaps we need an easy-to-find section devoted to Availability Tools? Since these tools are cross-airline, they do not belong in any airline-specific forum. But if not in MilesBuzz, I wouldn't even have a clue of where to look for them, because I do think of them as being miles&points oriented and thus I don't think to look in any "general travel" section of the site for them.

Or perhaps we should have a combined Availability & Mileage Tools section, so that all threads about Mileage Managers would also go there?
