You will definitely be outside normal meal service on the 10:25am flight, so it will be either a deli plate or some type of salamon or chicken salad.

You're on the edge of breakfast service at 8:45am, as well, so might be more of the same...

Still, for a haul that long, if you can confirm with 500-milers, why not. I have a nice Exit Row seat SFO-IAD-SFO on the A319 (overnight out with immediate morning return) so I will try my chances coming back when I get to IAD (I imagine they will be nill, but one never knows), but I can never justify upgrading an Eastbound overnight in domestic First.
