I am here at The Sheraton Park Lane. I am a Plat. and was upgraded to a king suite with pull-out sofa bed. The room is very large the bathroom is very nice. The only complaint so far is NO Club/Executive Lounge and this morning I paid 15 pounds approx. $30USD for cont. breakfast RIP OFF!!! Internet access in business centre is 20 pounds approx. $40USD for 45 min!!! The fitness centre is awful... The location is great but I would think twice about returning... FYI contact Christian at The Front Desk to arrange for upgrade directly...
