Flown EWR-HKG and NRT-IAH over Christmas. Both flights totally full, but service is pleasant on both. Food was served efficiently, even for the time I was in row 44 (the other in 19). In fact, meals and drinks were served much more efficiently than a HKG-NRT flight on CX.

Airshow was down initially on NRT-IAH. I asked a FA about it, and she went to check, and came back to tell me that they were rebooting it. When I woke up after a nap after the 1st meal, Airshow was back on.

Very professional service on both.
