LHR is the prime route. Both LHR & FRA have high frequency. Once daily the FRA flight originates in JFK so may be fuller than the others.

Lounge at FRA is not so good. At LHR SQ lounge and also the London Lounge are good.

SQ is notorious for lack of op-ups. You can upgrade with KrisFlyer miles, subject to availability.
