I just used the workstation in the SFO business center and found the mouse virtually unusable. The track ball on the underside was so worn out that it was exteremely difficult to get the cursor to follow the mouse. (I have noticed that the keyboards and mouses at many ACs are well beyond their useful lives.) So in a very friendly way I went up to one of the agents in the AC and told him that although I know AA is not looking for excuses to spend money, the mouse in the business center really needs to be replaced. He responded that he would advise the AC manager so they could go ahead and "order a new one right away." What are the odds that this actually happens?
