Very true. My father, who used to travel on AQ a lot plugging in 75k on inter-island trips alone (pre-domestic flights days, pre-Diamond days) would get almost anything he wanted since he knew most of the grounds staff working at a certain point in time. That was then and this is now. Now he's nothing and is amazed at how much AQ has changed.
