Funny,

I have had nothing but very good service in BF. They have always welcomed me and the AMS Concierge even remembered me on my second return flight. I found the FA very attentive and well organized. Maybe I got a different crew or they have had wholesale crew changes...

I find the NW Int'l svc to be indifferent to good. Their seats are also smaller. JMO.

edit - EWR vs. HOU, that could be the deal...
