. If the lines exist simply because the TSA takes an unnecessarily long time to screen passengers (shoes, jackets, W.H.Y.), or because only half the WTMDs are manned, or any other TSA-dictated policy then it will be the TSA's fault if some deranged
jihadi (if that's not tautology) decides to spray the lines with a Glock.
