Groups are OK - but I like to be able to saunter up whenever I feel like getting on the plane - and get on pretty quickly.
On my flight from SIN to LHR last Friday the gate agents take your boarding card away from the actual jet bridge entrance, so when they called for First/Club Gold, Silver and OW there was no gate agents except the poor girl who opened the doors as the whole plane decided to board in one go.
